Formerly known as the Bite & Brew of Salem, Cherryfest NW aims to take the annual event to a new, exciting level. Cherryfest NW will feature many of the same aspects of The Bite & Brew–such as food vendors, microbrews and ciders, live music, and a carnival–but will also host new events throughout the week such as the Salem Stars and Stripes Run, cornhole tournaments, and various other family-friendly contests.

The annual Court-Chemeketa 4th of July Kids parade begins at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 4. The parade begins near the corner of 17th and Court St., where participants can bring their decorated bikes, scooters, wagons, or strollers.

St. Paul’s Annual 4th of July Rodeo is a crowd favorite. Wednesday, July 4, is Family Day and Patriot Night, and festivities will include a parade, family activities, and Patriot Night rodeo performance complete with a fireworks show.
The rodeo is in town from Tuesday, July 3 through Saturday, July 7.
